We are slowly but surely making progress in the master bedroom. We have our rug, bed, and bedside lamps. We also recently installed our light fixture as seen below. The rug is much more blue in person, so I ordered this dark blue duvet cover (but sadly it’s backordered until December) to tie it in. I also ordered sheets from Pottery Barn (that were in stock thankfully!) and love them so far.
The nightstands have been a bit of an ordeal. We ordered them months ago, and I knew that they were backordered, but when we still weren’t contacted by the local delivery company when we were supposed to, I reached out and it turns out they were somehow lost in transit. Who knows… Regardless, a replacement set has been ordered for us, but it means we are still waiting for our nightstands. We haven’t quite decided on art, but I am leaning towards some sort of pastoral scene (as seen in the mockup above) as none of our existing artwork really seemed to fit in the space.
Once all our furniture has arrived, I will make sure to post an update. And once we fully finish the space (it’s a very large bedroom and has a long wall I don’t know what to do with yes, as well as an additional sitting room that is partially furnished) I will make sure to post a full update on here.
I’ve also rounded up a number of nightstands at various price points. Ours are #10, but we also seriously considered #5 and #12 from this collection too!
