I hope everyone had a great weekend! We just got back from traveling to the westside visiting family, and taking our train loving toddler on a little adventure. If you live in the Northwest and have little kids that like Thomas the Train, then you may want to check out the Day Out with Thomas at the Northwest Railway Museum. The kids get to go on a train ride (check out the view at the turn around point above) and have some Thomas themed activities and tour the museum. Despite the stoic look on Cam, he had a blast, as did Charlotte (although the ride was a bit long for a baby and the heat got to everyone at the end…).
We also went raspberry picking while we were out there because let’s be honest, westside berries > inland pnw berries. There’s lots of u-pick berry farms in the Snoqualmie/North Bend area, so add it to your summer fun list! I’m pretty sure both kids ate way more than they contributed to the communal haul.
